I’m Bav — a career growth advisor.

I’ve been in leadership roles for over 20 years — and it wasn’t until my 40s, during a major career transition, that I invested in a career coach.

I wish I had done it sooner.

It was one of the most strategic, effective investments I’ve made in growing my career.

What I did consistently throughout my career was build strong sponsorship and high-performance habits. That’s what fueled my growth internally.

What I wasn’t doing was expanding my network outside of where I worked.

After nearly two decades at one company, I had to learn how to navigate career growth in a completely different way.

That’s when I realized:
there’s a lot about career growth no one teaches you.

Especially how to communicate your impact beyond your day-to-day role — something I hadn’t been doing, and something that cost me time and money over the years.

Since then, I’ve built a more intentional approach to my career:

  • Prioritizing visibility beyond my immediate environment

  • Expanding my network with purpose

  • While continuing the high-performance habits that drive results

I don’t stay in the same role for more than 3 years — not by chance, but by design.

I built this platform to share what I learned — and to help others avoid figuring it out the hard way, late in their careers.

I’m still actively growing my own corporate career, and everything I share here is real, practical, and immediately applicable.

This community is designed to give you:
clear actions you can build into your day-to-day
and measurable impact on where your career goes — and what you earn.

Thanks for being here.

Let’s grow.
