I'm Bav, founder of The Career Growth Method.
I've spent more than 20 years leading teams, developing leaders, and building my own career inside large organizations. Today, I continue to lead at the executive level while helping ambitious professionals accelerate their own career growth.
Ironically, despite spending decades helping others develop their careers, I didn't hire a career coach myself until I was in my 40s and navigating a major career transition.
I wish I had done it sooner.
It was one of the most valuable investments I've ever made in my professional growth because it exposed something I hadn't fully understood:
Career success isn't just about doing great work.
Throughout my career, I built strong performance habits, delivered results, and earned the trust of leaders who sponsored my growth. Those things helped me advance consistently.
What I wasn't doing was intentionally building a network beyond my company or communicating my impact outside of my immediate environment.
After nearly two decades with one organization, I had to learn how career growth works when opportunities aren't simply appearing around you.
That's when I realized there are critical career skills that most people are never taught:
How to communicate your impact clearly and confidently
How to build meaningful relationships before you need them
How to create visibility with the people who influence opportunities
How to develop a reputation that opens doors
Those lessons changed the way I approach my career.
Today, I focus on three things:
Results — consistently creating meaningful business impact.
Relationships — building strong networks, sponsorship, and influence.
Reputation — becoming known for the value I create and communicate.
I don't stay in the same role for more than three years—not by chance, but by design.
I built The Career Growth Method to share what I've learned and help others accelerate their careers without spending years figuring it out through trial and error.
Everything I teach is practical, tested, and grounded in real-world leadership experience. I'm still actively growing my own corporate career, which means the strategies I share aren't theoretical—they're the same principles I use myself.
My goal is simple:
To help you become the person people advocate for, create more opportunities than you miss, and build a career that grows intentionally rather than accidentally.
Thanks for being here.
Let's grow.
